Oliver is a renowned hydrologist, having been instrumental in establishing hydrology benchmarks across major hydropower projects around the globe. He actively teaches his craft where there is a need, and continues to lead research in the field. His is well published, and has contributed to the development of national water master plans for a number of emerging economies. In Laos, Oliver is best known for confirming the hydrology for the Nam Theun 2 capstone project, and we are honoured to have his support as LJ’s Senior hydrologist.
