Bob is our senior project manager with more than 30 years of experience in the field. He is proficient in the planning, negotiation and deployment of complex construction projects under FIDIC contractual terms. Bob is well regarded in the market for his effective contract management work, acting on behalf of project owners across different technologies. His postings include senior positions in the UK, Austria and the MEA.
Liko Solangkoun
Liko holds a Masters in Civil engineering specialising in river works and hydropower construction. A Lao national, Liko takes a “hands-on” approach to all his assignments, having previous engagements with the Mekong River Commission Secretariat and the Asian Development Bank to name but a few. Liko’s unique local knowledge coupled with a passion for environmentally sound development makes him truly a rare breed.
Joel Breger
Joel is our Senior topographical surveying specialist – his expertise and advise ensures that projects under LJHC are anchor on good data. He had led senior roles for EDF in maintenance and monitoring surveys, and his work has been instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success of the capstone Nam Theun 2 project in Lao PDR.
