As one of the founding members, Duang-Othay has steered LJ into a leadership position within the local Hydropower sector. Trained in Tasmania, Australia, he has fulfilled key engineering roles in infrastructure development; Electricitie Du Laos and the capstone Nam Theun 2 project.
Said Amazzal
Our Chief Technology Officer Said is a highly regarded project manager with two decades of global experience in power. Said is of Moroccan heritage and French training, and is an active contributor to sustainable hydropower development in the Lao PDR.
Julian Chin
As commercial director, Julian is tasked with ensuring that business growth is facilitated by protocols on par with those of international standards. His engineering experience includes water treatment, oil & gas and mineral processing industries.
Juliluck Vongpachan

Ryan Cacayan
Engineering documentation forms the foundation of good project management. In charge of this is LJ’s resident CAD and data specialist - Ryan. Heralding from the Phillipines, Ryan is an avid runner, and ever ready to go onsite for missions and treks.
