Duang-Outhay Vongpachan

As one of the founding members, Duang-Othay has steered LJHC to become a formidable player in the Indochina hydropower sector. Trained in Tasmania, Australia, he has fulfilled engineering roles with Electricitie Du Laos and the capstone Nam Theun 2 project.
